THIS PERSON THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO TRAVEL IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH ON A STREET POSTED FOR 25MPH, AFTER HAVING A COUPLE OF DRINKS, SWERVED AND LOST CONTROLL.  THAT WOULD BE A HUGE MISTAKE.
